A WIKI-CONTRADICTION?

About WIKILEAKS: I don't get it!

Assange is leaking true facts, and has already landed in prison. Nobody was killed as result of his action.
 
Bush(it) and Cheney lied to the American people - and even started an illegal war - and they are still on the streets as if nothing had happened. Hundreds of thousands of people died as result of their actions.

Can someone please explain the rationale of such a contradiction?
